Our V23 Sparkling Chardonnay is rich and bright, exhibiting the
generosity California Chardonnay is known for. This wine is barrel aged and
malo-complete before being bottle fermented in the traditional method.
Aromatics include gravenstein apple, pear, and yuzu citrus. The pallet is
unctuous and mouthfilling with zippy lemon curd and creamy mousse.
