Over 85% Grands Crus & Premiers Crus

Chardonnay: Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus and Trépail

Pinot Noir: Aÿ, Verzenay and Ambonnay

Aging: Minimum 4 years on the lees, 6 months rest after disgorgement

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear and pure with a silky appearance, pale gold tints and very fine bubbles. Pure, franc, full of minerality and salinity with notes of white fruit — nectarine and peach. Fresh attack delicately followed by saline notes and lovely lemony tension with aromatic richness dominated by white-fleshed fruit.
