The Rothschild Family's take on the great Champagne tradition. A very fine blended wine based on a majority of Chardonnay.

Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir

Over 85% Grands & Premiers Crus | 40% Reserve Wines | Dosage: low, 6g/l

Aging: Minimum 3.5 years on the lees, 6 months rest after disgorgement

Tasting Notes: Bright, clear, pale gold with very fine bubbles. Fresh Chardonnay aromas of white flesh fruit — pears and nectarines — with ethereal touches of peony from the Pinot Noir. Roundness and generosity with lovely verticality. Crisp nectarine, notes of honey, saffron, and pepper on the finish.
