The Blend: A traditional Cabernet-dominant left bank blend consisting of approx. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.

Aroma: A brick-ruby pour showing distinct amber and orange at the rim. The nose leads with strong earth, cigar box cedar, nutmeg spice, toasted oak, and dried red berries.

Palate: Medium-bodied and quite lean. It is a savory, austere, and deeply structured wine with a distinct minty lift on the finish.

Current Status: Well Past Peak / Drink Immediately. At over 40 years old, this vintage is highly fragile. Any remaining fruit profile is actively drying out, meaning bottles should be pulled from cellars and enjoyed without delay.
