A powerful, robust but polished white with an earthy, toasty edge to the rich, ripe apple and pear flavors. It feels full-bodied yet rather light in alcohol, achieving great balance and concentration. Made with no new barrels, but it still has a toasty, spicy character to complement the deep, broad and saturated palate.
