BURGHOUND

A gorgeously fresh and strongly citrus-based nose reflects additional notes of acacia and spiced green apple. There is superb intensity to the beautifully well-delineated middle weight flavors that are akin to rolling small pebbles around in your mouth, all wrapped in a striking long, balanced and agreeably dry finish. This is remarkably young for a vintage where many '07 whites have already peaked and thus at least some patience is advised.
