The 2022 Aperture Oliver Ranch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a rare, ultra-premium single-vineyard red wine from Alexander Valley, crafted by winemaker Jesse Katz as part of his exclusive "Site Series". The Vineyard: Sourced from a tiny, custom 3-acre parcel designed by legendary viticulturist Phil Freese and planted in 2003. The vines surround the Michelin-starred Cyrus restaurant in Alexander Valley.

Aromas: Deep, expressive layers of cassis, violet blossoms, tobacco leaf, and shaved graphite, accented by cool-toned mint and dark chocolate.

Palate: Powerfully structured yet exceptionally seamless. It saturates the palate with dense dark fruit, espresso, and savory undertones, supported by a heavy yet silky chassis of fine-grained, chalky tannins and refreshing acidity.
