Aging: Minimum 3.5 years on the lees, 6 months rest after disgorgement

Tasting Notes: Crystal-clear appearance with fine delicate bubbles. Immediately intense on the nose with exotic character releasing notes of citrus and dried fruit, then opens up to brioche and buttery notes with pastry and roasted almonds. Clean and lemony on entry with great length and verticality, notes of roasting and spices, and a warm, slightly saline finish.
