Tasting Notes: Pale pink hue with salmon tints and fine bubbles. Lovely minerality and aromas of fresh fruit, citrus and white flowers, with notes of raspberries, rose petals and wild strawberries. Fresh and precise on the palate with silky texture and tangy citrus notes, then red fruit and small berries — blackberries and redcurrants — with a fabulously long mineral finish.
