Tasting Notes: Lovely bright pale gold hue with crystalline glints. Fullness and richness complemented by fresh, chalky minerality. White-fleshed fruit and candied lemon followed by roasting and dried fruit — apricots and grilled almonds. Broad, fresh entry with great complexity. Citrus fruit and lemon zest underpin a long finish of toasty mocha and vanilla.
