100% Grands & Premiers Crus | Dosage: extra brut, 4g/l

Aging: Minimum 8 years on the lees, 12 months rest after disgorgement

2012 Production: 3,300 bottles, 400 magnums

Tasting Notes: Bright hue with coppery tints and fine bubbles. Finesse of Chardonnay combined with the structure and power of Pinot Noir. Toasted notes of spices and vanilla from partial oak barrel vinification. Broadness and lemony lightness on entry create a lovely taut, crisp character with great verticality and complexity on the long finish.
