WINEMAKER NOTES The 2021 Cabernet Franc is fresh, presenting notes of red rose and crushed tomato on the nose. Hints of oak and blackberry round out the nose. In the mouth, silky tannins and balanced acidity create an immense layering. Flavors of ripe blackberry and pressed flowers, followed by a hint of paprika, create a wine of great depth.
